Re: What role did the Enterprise-E play in the Dominion War?

Very good points but the "officer 2 ranks junior" had the memories of a federation ambassador and part of her was over 300 years old. If one acknowledged that as sufficient for a billet, though, no short-lived race would ever gain seniority in Starfleet. Vulcans, teen Trills, Axanar and other races...

Starfleet Slight Against Thomas Riker

As some of you may know, I'm VERY sympathetic to the Maquis, and the Starfleet Officers who sided with them. I was pursuing a Reddit thread on why Riker was allowed to remain an Executive Officer so long and it got me thinking... why wasn't his duplicated given a promotion to Lieutenant Commander an...

Re: A new ship in the Star Trek universe.

That was a horribly written article... As for Dax being a Captain, there are two plausible possibilities. A time jump or they're using it as a title and its an EXTREMELY small ship. Of course, if this is canon then everything the novels have done post-Dominion War is null and void. Maybe its just m...

I've got a good feeling about this one. Kid gets powers, has fun and it just doesn't have the dark feeling the previous DC movies have.

Re: Some advice.

Like could a Star Fleet Marine transfer to Star Fleet as a Security Officer? I was planning on using that set-up for the chief of security's right hand woman. In the traditional US military, they would have to do an interservice transfer if the character was an officer, or just get a Starflett//Nav...

Re: The Return of Picard

I'm curious as to how they would continue his story as its 2395/stardate 82000.0, which is when "All Good Things" future scenes take place.

* Does he have Irmodic Syndrome?
* Is he the Ambassador to Vulcan?
* Is the Enterprise-E still around? Does it have three nacelles?

Star Trek - The Next Generation: Terra Incognita 001 (Spoilers)

Its a continuation of the "Through the Mirror" mini-series, where Mirror Barclay is impersonating his counterpart. Its good so far, but not stellar. Mirror Barclay hates the way his counterpart is treated and sets out o do something about it, of course for selfish reasons. There's a scene where they...

Jem'Hadar POW's Post Dominion War

Let's say the "Federation Alliance" manage to take Jem'Hadar and Vorta prisoners during the Dominion War, by phasers on their heavy stun setting, heavily damaged ships, etc., because I doubt the Dominion's warriors are going to simply surrender. Would the Founders even care to get them back? Beyond ...

Re: What role did the Enterprise-E play in the Dominion War?

I would say early on she was on the frontlines, but quickly would have been a high-value target for kamikaze runs, and her movements would be watched closely. Anywhere she showed up would have resulted in a heavy response from Dominion forces. Starfleet could have used her to move enemy forces aroun...

You're right, she's a bigger girl. Look at her character Meg Joyce from Longmire.
She's also 32... not sure how she's a Cadet at that age.
