Re: Anyone for a STPMA fleet?

So, are people still interested? If so, we need to find a time and date to meet up in-game so we can form a fleet.

Re: Who all is still playing STO?

Every so often I'll play. Right now, I'm a member of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but I'm still open to starting a STPMA fleet, if we can get five people in the same instance of ESD at the same time...

Re: Countries / Cities mentioned in trek

Even though they're not generally considered canon, in the novelization of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home , Sulu identified himself as being of Philippine origin. Tucker is from Panama City, Florida (per Memory Alpha), and Archer is from Upstate New York. Kirk's Riverside, Iowa origin is a retcon, af...

Re: Other Sci-Fi Shows in Trek Format

I would think Warehouse 13 has too small of a cast, but I could see Eureka having sort of a DS9 vibe.

Re: Question about TOS

I would add "Dagger of the Mind" and "The Trouble With Tribbles" to that must-watch list.

I like that, Jay! Mind if I adapt it a little for the CITADEL universe?

Re: Relative miltary strengths of the Great Powers in Trek

And that's more or less how we're playing them in ST:C. They're an existential threat to Intar, but little more than an annoyance to the Federation, which is part of the reason that the Gwalior Flotilla is so small.

Pretty much. In fact, I'm taking a bit of a hiatus from STO myself.

Re: The Next Doctor

I suspect that was deliberate. There's a bit of Tom Baker (4th Doctor) in there, too, especially in the clothing choice.
Spoiler:
As the supposedly final regeneration, it would be only right that he reflect all of the previous incarnations in some way.

Re: Symbiont Names

Kadi
Pon
Bau
Nidi
Ai (pronounced "eye")
Alsha

Just off the top of my head.

(CaptainUniverse and I use "Sloe" - pronounced "slow" - for a guest character in CITADEL. And yes, he is "played" by James May.)

Re: ST: CITADEL casting discussion

Interesting... but I don't think it would be an orb experience. Maybe some sort of interface hologram, similar to that used by the TARDIS...

Re: A question of Appearances

Okay, this are a series of questions about style. Take your three favorite characters an describe how they dress for these events. * The Royal Ball (Dress is formal with honors) Dress whites, with family kilt for my alter-ego and skirts for Capt. Thivan and full Roman Armor for Gunny Sejanus. * Din...
