It just saddens me that everything I want to see is being put on separate pay-channels. A lot of fen are just as broke as I am. *shrugs*

Trailer:The House with a Clock in its Wall
YA or kid's horror...pretty much my speed for the genre. *L* But it looks like fun and I have plans to go see it.

Just waiting on your reply to my reply. *L*
Welcome, Mark. A lot of us are writers, including me (although I very rarely write Trek). Can't wait to see what you've got.

Re: Trailer:Shazam
Not a big fan of this. Another DC bust? I don't know. I never saw DC's Captain Marvel as something to take as serious as say, Batman or Superman. It's a kid who gets zapped in to a super-powered grown-up body by saying "Shazam". *L* So if you take it from there it might just be a good bit of fun.

Re: Trailer: Aquaman
I have to admit that Momoa is the whole draw here for me....and no, it's not because of his looks or his muscles. Nor do I think he is one of the best actors out there. It's just that he is so much Larger-than-life on an everyday basis that I just have to see what he's going to do next. He amuses me.

Ant Man and The Wasp
I didn't see the 2015 production of Ant-Man, so I didn't have many preconceptions of the character other than what I had seen in "Civil War". I didn't think this was a great movie but it was okay for an evening's entertainment. Michael Douglas ego-filled Hank Pym was entertaining enough and Fishburn...

Re: new trailer - Deadpool 2
Well, went to see Deadpool 2 yesterday - a day early in a special double feature with Deadpool 1. Aside from the fact that I felt the both main plotlines were a bit tropey, I really enjoyed it. Deadpool's interminable death scene was also very reminiscent of Paul Ruben's scene in the movie version o...
