And we'll probably have some runabouts assigned, sooner or later, so we probably ought to name the planet's major rivers.

I'd suggest Dagobah but it's already taken. \Y/

How does Illyikar grab you? Just a random river name that I made up.

Works for me! And where'd you use Dagobah? Nothing to say it couldn't be used as a tribute...

Oh, I was just thinking because it's something from Star Wars. However, Dagobah could be the name of a lake or a river. In fact, it would be a great name for a runabout or a shuttle now that I think about it.

U.S.S. Enterprise
U.S.S. Marshal Martz
U.S.S. Kumari
U.S.S. Blount Island
U.S.S. Hammersley
U.S.S. Espero
U.S.S. Edward O'Hare
There's also the R.H. Jackson, which will likely be showing up now and then, and that Bolian freighter you named in "Let it Rock".

We're going to have to come up with a "master list"... and some NCC numbers for the Kumari and Blount Island.

We also need to determine what class the Blount Island is too. At first, I was imagining a Mediterranean class ship but that's more of a supply vessel from what I've seen of it at http://www.trekmania.net/

:-k

I did have a thought about a Tzenkethi capital ship. If you've seen the reimaginated Battlestar Galactica, John, I could see the Cylon baseship as a possible candidate for a Tzenkethi dreadnought or battle cruiser. Another possible candidate that I would like to suggest is a Narn cruiser from Babylon 5.

Actually, we have come up with a class name for the Blount Island. She's a David Porter class construction ship.

Oh, ok, so we just have to come up with what she looks like. :-k

I have a few suggestions...

It's the best that I could find so far in terms of a Trek construction ship. However, I'm still looking. \Y/

I can't really see this design as a freighter or as a construction ship but I thought it was interesting enough to mention. http://www.inpayne.com/models/kitbash/t ... _fitz.html

I see that more as a courier or buoy tender.

A freighter. Last of the Antares class.

Named for Robert H. Jackson, Associate US Supreme Court Justice and US prosecutor at the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials (and native of Jamestown, NY).
