And here's a graphic giving the relative locations of the cities we've named so far, but feel free to add more and upload it in the thread.

I'll probably do a full map before too long...

A faster route, I have, Admiral. ::taps combadge:: Espero, Ikar, this is. To Unity, one to beam. \Y/

Ok, just kidding. We don't want to overtax the transporter system with all of the unnecessary travel when we have shuttlecraft and runabouts. And after see this map of yours, John, I'm actually getting a few ideas about one of my Intaran characters. :-k

Needless to say, the Intaran Navy is the senior service. I actually envision it having formed in much the way as the UEO from SeaQuest, in that the planet's nations unified their navies as the first step to full planetary government.

:JD )wtf(

Ok, that's weird. I had that same thought about the Intaran military.

Anyways, my Intaran character currently in 'Risky Ventures', Daileyr Kayn came from the Sea Forces. He's currently a commander in the ISA but he was a captain commanding surface vessels and he joined the ISA because of his skill as a pilot and as a leader. He comes from a small seaside village as far as I know at the moment. I should have some more information available as I brainstorm it. \Y/

Works for me.

Even though I need to be up early tomorrow, I'm going to do a bit more writing tonight.

And I think I need to change that "four continents" to six.

Yeah, I was wondering where the North Pole is where Captain Th'Nar can play with the Intaran penguins. \Y/

Actually, the only arctic continent is Kentar, and it's near the south pole.

And I have sneaky suspicion that we'll be finding something very familiar at an archaeological dig in a future episode, which will explain how a human culture arose on a planet with so little land...

I knew it! :[]]

The Intarans are really the people from the original Battlestar Galactica. They couldn't find Earth so they settled down here after accidently bouncing into our reality through some sort of space-time conduit.

Just kidding. I had a little too much soda pop this evening.

You asked me about it over on Facebook, so here it is:

Image

I figured that, since the Tanzila was the "official flower" of the planet's government, it should be featured on the logo.

But I have no idea how to render it properly.

Too bad the Okudas don't take requests...

Thanks! I would have liked to have done the center flower as line art, but I'm no good at that...

I really like it!

I think the flower partially symbolizes why the Federation is at Intar.

It's great work, John. :## :##

Which is the reason it's also on the 1 IMU scrip.
